Talk about Intrusive Landlords!
Review Date: 3/9/2006

We live at 2101 Bryant owned by Steven Scott. We also have Steve as our landlord. Seems like a nice guy. At first. Then they get into your business. They had the guy next to us kicked out b/c the old lady next to him heard "creepy noises" late at night. This is the same lady that puts her ear to neighbor's doors to hear what they are doing in there. We've seen it. You are NOT allowed to sit on any of their grass or to sit on their front steps for even 5 seconds. I did so and was threatened with eviction on a nice Saturday afternoon reading a book. He then pulled out the lease ad showed me how he could evict us. They act like they care and hide behind "oh we can't do that, its a liability." Steve thinks he's the principal at 2101 Bryant High School. Better not talk to your neighbors or knock on their door, its discouraged by management b/c you "never know who could be in someone's apartment, they could be a killer". This is seriously what Steve told me. Don't live here. Not a bad building. Jerky landlord.
