Apartment Review for Stevens Community - Minneapolis, MN

Not by much though. Whoever reviewed this before me and gave parking two stars must not own a car. I gave it one star only because i don't have the option of giving it zero (or negative stars for that matter) so by default had to give it one. * Cons -Parking/traffic -Loud obnoxious drunks yelling and screaming in the street outside your window all night -The buildings are about 900 years old and have issues... I'll leave it at that *Pros -Close to downtown -Office staff is friendly -Never really had any issues with crime in or around the building that i am aware of, lots of police presence at night.
