Apartment Review for University Village - U Housing - Minneapolis, MN

Half of this complex is University housing (my half). It's a nice place, and includes all amenities. We have a washer/dryer, full kitchen, and even some basic living room furniture. However, the apartment was *VERY* messy when I moved in. Look at the place before you sign the lease (in other words, don't arrive at 9pm, tired and desperate for a bed!). If it's not clean enough for you, request that it be cleaned before you move in.
