Apartment Review for Upi- Uptown Classic Properties - Minneapolis, MN

I renter there for 1 yr and it was absolutely horrible. Nothing was fixed from the time I moved in. I went almost the entire winter without heat, my oven didn't work for 4 months before someone looked at it. Homeless people, crack heads, and drug dealing went on in the building day or night. A woman was beat up by her boyfirend or pimp. And the smoke alamrs that went off ramdomly at night. be aware and look somewhere else because it is not safe there
