Apartment Review for Upi- Uptown Classic Properties - Minneapolis, MN

When I moved in I was made to fill out a form of stuff that needed repairs. Almost two years later not one thing was fixed. Last summer I noticed roaches in my aparment! I didn't know that was part of the deal. When I walked a bunch of tenents told me how bad this place was, I didn't believe them at first. I have not had heat and hot water more than I have this winter. When I called the main office they try to make me sound like I'm crazy. They weren't returing my calls until I threatened to go to the city and sue them. I know a couple from my bulding have sued and won. Crappy, crappy place to live.
