Apartment Review for Upi- Uptown Classic Properties - Minneapolis, MN

I think the reason why I haven't put my notice in until now is this- laziness. Whatever you do, make sure you are almost desperate for a place before signing a lease with Upi! The maintenance/management is AWFUL. My ceiling caved in my bathroom, and 3 weeks after I had called about it, they finally fixed it. Plumbing in the buildings is a mess. Owner has been through his share of legal trouble. DO NOT RENT FROM UPI!
