Apartment Review for Upi- Uptown Classic Properties - Minneapolis, MN

UPI properties is an absolutley horrible landlord! Our roof at 2427 Blaisdell has leaked since August! They have promised to fix it and hen leid to the city about what they've done. If you try to call the office, the receptionist will make fun of your problems and hang up on you. They charge $80 in cash to call thier emergency line (we were supposed to pay the girl running their call center in cash before she would call a supervisor...tell me she WASN'T planning on keeping the money). Very horrible people. Poor building, poor people. I would give a -20 for the Office Staff and management category, if I could.
