Apartment Review for Upi- Uptown Classic Properties - Minneapolis, MN

I rented an apartment from upi for roughly 18 months, and I found the experience to be nothing but frustrating. The management see only dollar signs and will screw you over every chance that they get. I was without heat for weeks after complaining of the cold. The apartment was never painted or cleaned befor I moved in. Things that were not in proper working condition were fixed half-assed days, sometimes weeks later. The communal living areas were seldom cleaned. My bike was stolen from the building. Fines were outrageous. It seemed that no one that worked there would listen to anything that I had to say...they were heartless.
