Apartment Review for Upi- Uptown Classic Properties - Minneapolis, MN

when i originaly leased my apartment it came as is. filthy, unpainted, a ring in the bath tub. we had no hot water on our bath tub for the first month. the heat is controlled by the management and they don't work on the weekend so we've spent quite a few weekends with the temperature between 40 and 50 degrees. this is the worst apt. i've ever rented because of the management. good luck to anyone renting here. a word of advice for anyone who does; a threat to call an inspector gets you nothing any faster. there are several safty laws they violate as well; 5th month w/o any fire extinguishers on any floor. just don't move here.
