Apartment Review for Upi- Uptown Classic Properties - Minneapolis, MN

I stayed in my apartment here way longer than I should have, simply because I hate moving. I'm very laid back and tolerant but it's to the point where I can no longer live here. The water gets shut off without notice frequently, they rent to unruly and disrespectful people, and the maintenance is non-existant no matter how many messages you leave. Recently the back entrance has not been secure and people have been popping the lock and living in the basement, smoking crack and defecating in the corner. That's right, defecating. After two weeks, they still hadn't replaced the lock. I could keep going forever, but I guess I'll stop here.
