Apartment Review for Upi- Uptown Classic Properties - Minneapolis, MN

So the "person" (most likely employee) writing the positive review for UPI is saying that if you don't pay your rent on time that they have the right to deny you proper maintenance and service? This is totally against every law that exists on fair housing. It is EXACTELY the way they do business. If they don't like your face or your complaints they will stonewall you. Harder than a stone wall. I swear every time I pass thier office. Try anyone else but them.
