Location of the tri-plex is great. The company (UPI) however has been the cause of stress, legal action, etc.. The owner misrepresents himself, unit was unclean when we moved in, we were paying for other unit's utilities - it's been one con after another. When confronted, the owner proudly admitted to breaking housing codes, dared us to take him court and see how long it would take us to actually get any money out of him. It took them over 8 months to come and fix a leaking sink - still no hot water. Look up the company on the web, there's an interesting article regarding the owner's behavior toward his tenants. DO some background research before you decide to make the same mistake we did.
