I feel sorry for the buildings. I lived at 1920 3rd Ave. One of the classic Stevens neighborhood brownstones. Hardwood floors. High cielings. Inefficient windows. Cast iron radiators. terriffic charm. But a leak in the roof let somewhere between 500 and 700 GALLONS of water into my apartment (3rd floor). Management's  Need to rent an apartment?
