Apartment Review for Windom Gables Townhomes - Minneapolis, MN

It has been brought to our attention that we have received some bad reviews. Please let it be known that even though these reviews were signed “Anonymous”, we are very well aware of who they are. They have made gross exaggerations against us. We do recognize that issues have occurred, however we feel that we have tried to resolve these issues by any means possible. Neither of them mentioned how we went out of our ways to try to accommodate them. Both parties left our office saying they were happy with the situation and how it was dealt with – how can we address issues when the Resident(s) are claiming that they are happy? We pride ourselves in putting in the extra effort to make sure our Residents are happy– and we feel like we went above and beyond in both situations to do so. -Management
