Apartment Review for Windom Gables Townhomes - Minneapolis, MN

Everything was fine when I moved in, the neighbors were nice and considerate. Then the next door neighbors moved out and a family of 4 with a VERY LOUD stereo moved in. They have parties that go until 4 AM and play a stereo with a base that vibrates the walls and the floors. I've spoken to them and management a number of times. They turn it down at the time, but later the noise continues. The neighbors also slam doors around midnight to 1 AM and the police have been called for domestic disputes. If you like a quiet place and do not want to listen to your neighbor's quarrels and stereo, do not rent here. You never know who management will rent to.
